Congo Gorilla Forest
"The Congo Gorilla Forest exhibit at the Bronx Zoo is a ""six-and-a-half acre African rain forest environment that explains WHAT a rain forest is, HOW it works, WHICH animals make it their home, WHY it is threatened and HOW people can help save it."" It is home to two troops of lowland gorillas. Best gorilla clicks are found on Meet the Congo Residents and by choosing Great Gorilla Forest on the Congo Virtual Tour. Elementary kids will like the Congo Game, which is a Shockwave version of a traditional ""move-around-the-board"" game for two to four players. <!--"

"The Syrian Hamster is the most common type of hamster kept as a pet and is approximately six to seven inches in length with a very short tail. The Syrian Hamster has hairless feet with four toes on the front feet and five on the back feet. The Syrian Hamster has expandable cheek pouches which it uses to collect and carry food and bedding and it can carry up to half its body weight in its cheek pouches. Cockroach World
"Like most Americans, cockroaches came to this country as immigrants. Tryyour hand at guessing each roach’s country of origin in "Around the World",the cockroach equivalent of "Where in the World is Carmen San Diego?" Then on to "Tall Tales Forum" to submit a story of your own worstcockroach encounter. If your kids are anything like mine, you must go to "Activities"to learn how to trap cockroaches and keep them as pets. The things we do forour kids! This is a five-star site because of the breadth of its engagingactivities. From science to geography to creative writing -- it has it all."

Reviewed January 3, 2000 by Elyse, 12 years old from Los Angeles, California who is affiliated with the site. I noticed you had Claw’s theater, but their is much more to CLAW. I belong to it, and when I lost my pet several monthes ago, they made me a beautiful ceremony. This site is perfect for kids my age, and younger kids too. You’ll have a lot of fun, and you’ll learn about the computer too.
