Shakespeare Web Poetry Applet
""To question or not to suffer: that is the fortune." Is it Shakespeare? No, it’s Shakespeare’s Magnet Poetry Applet. Take the famous quote from Hamlet ("To be, or not to be: that is the question: Whether ’tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,or to take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing end them?") and scramble it up to make your own Web poem. This fun Java applet works just like the magnetic poetry that hangs on your refrigerator door. Try it. It’s fun."

Secrets at Sea
"Dive into Ace on the Case: Secrets@Sea and see if you can solve the mystery. In this educational adventure story for grades four through seven, the reader steps into the "starring role of Ace, assistant investigator to Paula Pacific, who is assigned to examine unusual behaviors noticed in killer whale populations in the Alanamorris Strait.role of Ace." As you pass through the story, you’ll complete a number of ocean-related activities, which will lead you to the solution."

Scholastic’s Official Harry Potter Site
"Scholastic is Harry Potter’s American publisher, and this official site is jam packed with goodies such as free screensavers (Windows and Macintosh) and Shockwave quiz games. You’ll also find an interview with the author and two marvelous discussion guides (great for teachers and book club leaders.) My favorite click is the Reading Circle where you can answer some questions ("Who is your favorite character and why?") and share your responses on the bulletin board. If you are still not sure what all the Harry Potter fuss is about, try the free sample chapters you’ll find one from each of the first three books."
